Every evening at 9:50, Bert felt justified in honkarassing Bell’s neighboors for a few minutes. After all, it was the neighboors’ autumnal leaf blowing that shook his chick out of bed early afternoon, nearly two months every year! Tonight Bert’s honkarangue lasted longer than usual.
