Dampen &#8211; throw cold water on. <em>Created by:<\/em> fabdiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ignarnate<\/strong>:  \/<em>Ihg-nar-nate<\/em>\/ My wife&#8217;s tattoo is now droopy and it looks dilapidated.
