Sugar, salt and fat, either alone or in combination can help with stress relief. Those fareapy foods that have shown the greatest success treating the following conditions are: 1)RBSO (rejection by significant other) &#8211; Captain Crunch or another cereal with no nutritional value except sugar, 2)Employment Fatigue &#8211; chips or pretzels with french onion dip and\/or nachos with cheese and salsa, 3)EBAS (empty bank account syndrome) &#8211; whatever your mother is cooking, 4)TTOTM (that time of the month) &#8211; any Ben and Jerrys ice cream and\/or chocolate, 5)Road Rage &#8211; Twizzlers or another chewy form of candy, 6)POT Stress (parent of teenagers) just clean out the cupboard and eat whatever you find in the back.  Fareapy should continue until the patient has finished calling all her or his friends, or slept for over 24 hours.
