The walkway between their yards was like the Demilitarized Zone…neutral but dangerous with the possibility of being caught in the crossfire. Their parents always said they fought tooth and nail growing up and now they were fencenemies. Just what possessed this brother and sister to buy homes next door to each other is still a mystery.
