Perhaps it was the sip of coffee she gulped before she climbed into her shower or the boring line-up on TV the night before that precipitated a full night’s sleep, she was actually awake this morning. She wondered why she would have bought an orange shower curtain that didn’t go with the other accessories in the bathroom. It was only when she noticed that the orange didn’t stop at the edge of the curtain that she had a major case of orange-slime heebie-jeebies. I remember the heebie-jeebies.

Nice:in a grotesque way.

Mushgroom: /Mush-gr-oom/ Sally decided the only way to get rid of her hangover from the previous nights pub crawl was a good scrub in the shower. Due to her condition she had forgotten to remove her contact lenses before she passed out. This lead to the discovery of a very unpleasant growth of mushgroom lurking in the corner of the shower tray. Being short sighted she had not spotted the disgusting gooey mess before and therefore it had grown to quite a size. Her piercing screams coud be heard for miles, the police arrived expecting to attend a homicide and could not believe it when Sally explained what had actually happened. Etymology: Mush(a soft wet pulpy mass) + Groom(to pay attention to personal hygiene and appearance) = Mushgrooom. Play on Mushroom(a spore producing body of a fungus) Created by: TJayzz.

Methinks there exists a link between excessive alcohol consumption and scary fungi, wouldn’t you agree, Watson?

Scumprised: /scum-prised/ Jenny was totally scumprised when the fungi lifted her right out of the shower and closed the curtains behind her.

Etymology: SCUMPRISED verb from SCUM (a film, or layer of foul bacterial matter) + SURPRISED (a sudden feeling of wonder, or astonishment)

Scumprised really packs a wallop. Why are wallops always “packed”? Metro

Mildewplicated: /mil doo plik kated/ When Jenny moved into her new apartment, she had made a spore-atic decision and decorated the bathroom in shades of orange and appricot. Because of the camouflage of orangy patterned shower curtain, she failed to notice the orange slime had mildewplicated itself on it. When she did notice, she felt smutty. Not only could she see them
but horrors, they could see her, naked, every morning. Not knowing what else to do,she molded a plan and phoned her boyfriend. “Rusty”, she purred into the phone, “I need you to come see me, because you are my fungi!” Etymology: mildew (a fungus that develops in humid environments) & duplicated (reproduced or copied) Created by: Nosila.
