She was a focuster and would not give in until she won, no matter how stroing his jaws and how determined he was to get a meal. Once she got the pork off Buster, she vowed he'd never get at her food again. Yes, this would be Buster's last ham.

I think today's definition is a good example of one that would have been better off as an adjective or noun than as a verb.
