In order to assure that his pals got first crack at the world's largest oil reserves, he would call the invasion a "war on terror" and CHENEYVADE the fact that there were no WMDs suspected in Iraq. Mabye his Blackwater cronies could get a sweet contract to provide "security" as a bonus! What a sweet guy.
