DEFINITION: v. To unconsciously adopt the vocal mannerisms and linguistic stylings of the people with whom you are speaking. n. A speaker who adopts the vocal mannerisms of their audience.
DEFINITION: n. A willingness to wait, forever if necessary, for the perfect opportunity. v. To be excessively patient.
DEFINITION: n. A state of hyper-attentive focus combined with WBT (Whole Body Twitching) and IEE (Ignores Everything Else), which commonly afflicts video game players. v. To get so caught up in a video game that you cannot stop.
DEFINITION: n. A condition where you get so distracted by the fact that you can't find something, that you forget what you were looking for. v. To forget what you are looking for while you are looking for it.
DEFINITION: To recognize and loudly greet a friend only to realize that it is a complete stranger, who now thinks that you are somewhat odd.
DEFINITION: n. A state of heightened, subconscious awareness that allows drivers to "safely" navigate and control a vehicle without watching the road. v. To drive without bothering to watch where you are going.
DEFINITION: v. To eat your favorite food, not because you are hungry, but because you are feeling sad or lonely. n. Food which is eaten to satisfy emotional cravings.
DEFINITION: n. A discussion among family members, or room mates, which often turns into a full-blown yelling match, and which seems to occur every night whenever it's time to do the dishes. v. To fight about the dishes.
