DEFINITION: To put your foot in your mouth by saying what you're thinking, rather that thinking of what your saying.
DEFINITION: v. To sacrifice your health, your family, and even a few friends to money, only to discover that money doesn't like you. n. A sacrifice made for money that goes unrewarded.
DEFINITION: To smile politely and nod your head while listening to someone, even though you don't understand a word tbey're saying.
DEFINITION: v. To change the dates, times or sequence of past events, in order to put a better perspective on your current situation. n. An historical date which has been "adjusted" to fit present needs.
DEFINITION: n. A non-threatening term to describe the procedure of cutting vocal cords on yappy dogs, which makes it sound like a good thing -- after all, they will never bark again. v. To remove the vocal chords.
DEFINITION: To pose, or posture, in a distinctive manner in order to express one's cultural affinities -- may be accompanied by awkward gestures.
DEFINITION: n. A special ability lets you focus on the big picture without getting distracted by those busy little details. v. To skip over the details while focusing on the big picture.
